On May 22nd, 2019 at approximately 10:50 a.m. following a
complaint in the Village of Cuba, Cuba Police arrested Scott M. Griffiths, 49,
of Cuba. Griffiths was arrested and charged with Making a Terroristic Threat
(Felony). Griffiths was arraigned and sent to the Allegany County Jail on $5,000.00
bail. These charges stem from an incident in which Griffiths allegedly made
several threats to a local church and law enforcement.
