Wellsville Police arrested John H. Finch Jr., age 28 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn
Avenue on March 15th. Finch was
processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Finch was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court at a later date.
Wellsville Police arrested Gary S. Hirt, age 51 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charges stems from an incident that took place on Rauber Street on
March 29th. Hirt was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Hirt was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on April 16th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Gregory M. Outman, age 41 of
Wellsville, charging him with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by the
Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. Outman
was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Outman paid restitution in full and was
released.
