Olean General Hospital earns sleep reaccreditation

The Sleep Disorders Center at Olean General Hospital (OGH) recently earned a five-year reaccreditation from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).
To earn accreditation, standards set forth by the AASM must be met or exceeded. OGH and Bradford Regional Medical Center are the region’s only two sleep centers accredited by AASM.
OGH’s Sleep Center specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, snoring and REM behavior sleep disorders under the direction of Eric Ten Brock, MD, board certified  in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine and sleep medicine.
AASM accreditation reflects a commitment to ensure that sleep disorders patients receive the highest quality of care. AASM facility accreditation is the gold standard by which the medical community and the public evaluate sleep medicine facilities.
