Woman faces felony charges following domestic dispute in Willing

A Town of Willing woman was taken into custody at 10:30 p.m. Friday after troopers were called to a domestic disturbance. State police report the arrest of Rachael E. Rix, age 29. She was charged with:
  1. Assault 2nd, class D felony
  2. 1st degree menacing, class E felony
  3. criminal possession of a weapon 4th, class A misdemeanor.
State police said bail was set at $500.
