PRESS RELEASEOn February 2, 2019, the New York State Police in Cattaraugus County and the New York State Liquor Authority conducted an underage enforcement detail checking for compliance at 10 establishments that resulted in 3 arrests. The following people were arrested under the New York Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, Section 65- Prohibited sale to a person under the age of 21:
Shannon T. Shelton, 33, of Olean, an employee of Portville Liquor in Portville was issued an apperance ticket for Portville Village court returnable at a later date.
Amy L Ginnitti, 47, of Little Valley, an employee of the Clinton Bar and Grill on Clinton Street in the City of Salamanca was issued an appearance ticket for Salamanca City Court returnable at a later date.
N. Maxine Phanco, 52, of Randolph, an employee of Central Lanes in the City of Salamanca was issued an appearance ticket for Salamanca City Court returnable at a later date.
