Ms. Faecke was born on Nov. 28, 1954 in Wellsville to Julius and Hazel (Cripps) Faecke. She graduated in 1972 from Belmont Central School. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Alfred State College.
Lynne worked at Accord Corp in Belmont for 29 years as Director of Housing and Facilities. She was very passionate about assisting people to find affordable housing. She undertook many maintenance tasks herself to ensure their comfort.
Lynne is survived by a sister, Jill Jerome of Lexington GA.
She was predeceased by her husband Ray Spencer.
Lynne loved her pets and her garden. In particular, she liked to grow vegetables to can and freeze for winter. She enjoyed the outdoors and walking in the woods on her property. She was very generous and enjoyed surprising friends with presents. Lynne would always step up to help a friend in need.
There will be a memorial service in her honor in early April.
