2/13/19 2am- During a traffic stop on Route 417 in Wellsville, state police arrested Ridge C. Potter, 29, of Wellsville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, suspended registration, no license and marijuana possession. Court action is pending.
