Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on February 11, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Robert L. Martinez, age 26 of Canaseraga, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Wellsville Court.  Martinez was processed and transported to the Town of Wellsville Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $5,000.00 cash or $10,000.00 bond. Martinez will reappear in the Town of Wellsville Court on February 20, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on February 11, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested John E. Guy, age 42 of Wellsville, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant.  Guy was processed and transported to Allegany County Family Court where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
