10/20/18 1:01pm- Deputies arrested Leanne L. Vickman, 44, of Bixby Hill Road in Freedom. She was charged in a warrant with violation of probation. She was taken directly to the Cattaraugus County Jail pending court action.
10/20/18 1:30am- Deputies arrested Howard C. Stives, Jr., 43, of Chestnut Street in Portville. He turned himself in after a warrant was issued for failure to verify as a sex offender. He was arraigned in Allegany court and released for a later appearance in town of Portville court.
