News Releases 4-26-2025 to 5-1-2025

On 04/26/2025 at about 11:15AM Danny L. Willingham II, 36, of Gerry NY was arrested after deputies completed an investigation into a larceny incident in the Town of Cold Spring. Investigation revealed that Willingham had taken the property of another person without consent. He is charged with Grand Larceny in the fourth degree and Criminal Possession of stolen property in the fourth degree. Willingham was processed at the CCSO and released with an appearance ticket to the Town of Cold Spring Court.

On 04/27/2025 at 00:49 hours, patrol took Jacob T. Hannahs into custody following an erratic driver complaint. Hannahs was charged with driving while intoxicated. Hannahs was transported to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office where he was processed and released with an appearance ticket. Hannahs will appear at Little Valley Town Court at a later date.

On 04/28/2025 at 1900 hours, patrol took Joshua J. Mosher, 42 of Olean, NY into custody after patrol observed him walking east on West State St. in the City of Olean. Mosher had an active arrest warrant out of Olean City Court. Mosher was transported to Olean Police Department for arraignment.

On 04/28/2025 at 2020 hours, patrol took Autumn N. Beadle, 27, of Olean, NY, into custody with assistance from Olean Police Department. Beadle was located at a residence in the City of Olean and had and active bench warrant out of Allegany Town Court. Autumn was transported to Allegany Town Court for arraignment where she was released on her own recognizance. On 04/28/2025 at 2239 hours, patrol took Philip A. Decker, 26, of Little Valley, NY into custody following an unrelated incident in the Village of Little Valley. Decker had an active bench warrant out of Dunkirk City Court. Decker was transported by deputies and turned over to Dunkirk Police Department for arraignment.

On April 29th 2025, Michael R. French, 46, of Wellsville NY was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. French was arrested after coming into contact with Bolivar PD and was turned over to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail. French is due back in court at a later date.

Bruce Williams, 18 of Perrysburg and Zander Gurule, 19, of Irving, were taken into custody around 4:05am on April 30th 2025, in the Town of Perrysburg following an investigation. Both were found to be in possession of BB Guns and it is alleged they repeatedly shot a residence and the vehicles parked there before fleeing the area. Both were processed and released with appearance tickets for a later court date.

On May 1st 2025, patrol responded to a past tense domestic in the Town of Coldspring, after making contact with the victim, a DIR was completed and patrol attempted to locate the suspect. Benjamin Sebzda was located and was taken into custody. He was additionally charged with resisting arrest aside from the domestic related offenses. He was arraigned in the Town of Little Valley Court where he was subsequently remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail.
