9/21/24 12:24 p.m.- After investigating a domestic
disturbance in the town of Clarksville, state police arrested Joshua A. Wilcox,
33, of Friendship. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child,
second-degree reckless endangerment and preventing an emergency call. Court
action is pending.
9/21/24 11:49 a.m.- State Police arrested Richard A.
Gaczewski, 68, of Caneadea. He was charged with second-degree menacing with a
weapon. Court action is pending.
