9/12/24 8:47 p.m.- State police arrested Francisco
Reynaldo JR Rose, 45, of Friendship. He was charged with felony third-degree
criminal mischief for allegedly damaging another person’s property in excess of
$250.
9/12/24 11:12 p.m.- After being called to a domestic
dispute in Scio, troopers report the arrest of Russell S. Brant, 47, of
Wellsville. He was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a
child, criminal obstruction of breathing and assault. He was detained for
arraignment.
