8/8/24 11:50 a.m.- State police investigated an alleged sex
crime in Rushford. It was reported July 20th. Troopers later arrested Matthew A. Preen, 36, of Rushford.
He was charged with felony first-degree sexual abuse involving a child under 11
years old, forcible touching and child endangerment. He was detained.
