8/13/24 3:3- p.m.-
After investigating an obscenity
complaint October 20, 2021 in the Village of Bolivar, State Police have now
arrested Dana R. McDonald, 40, of Bolivar. He was charged with felony promoting
the sexual performance of a child under age 17 and felony possession of a
sexual performance by a child. He was detained.
8/13/24 6:02 p.m.- Troopers received a fraud
complaint in July in Almond and arrested Victoria L. Drew, 32, of Hornell. She
was charged with felony third-degree grand larceny. She was detained.
8/13/24 10:54 a.m.- After responding to a domestic
dispute, troopers arrested Caleb K. Swann, 33, of Angelica. He was charged with
felony second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault with intent to
cause physical injury. He was taken to central arraignment.
