Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested Priscilla J. Armstrong, age 41 of Wellsville, charging her with Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Class A Misdemeanor).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on South Brooklyn Avenue.  Armstrong was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released.  Armstrong is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on May 21st at 4:30 pm. 

Wellsville Police arrested Dennis J. Norman Jr, age 34 of Wellsville, charging him with a Violation of Probation.  Norman was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Norman was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1,000.00 cash bail.  Norman is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 21st at 4:30 pm.

 Wellsville Police arrested Daniel E. Fronczak, age 48 no permanent address, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th (Class A Misdemeanor), Harassment 2nd (Violation) and Disorderly Conduct (Violation).  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Pleasant Street.  Fronczak was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  Fronczak was released under pre-trial supervision by the Allegany County Probation Department.  Fronczak is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 4th at 4:30 pm.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested Devon C. O’Hara, age 29 of Wellsville, for failure to appear in Wellsville Village Court on December 5th on a previous Petit Larceny Charge.  O’Hara was additionally charged with Bail Jumping 3rd (Class A Misdemeanor) and Resisting Arrest (Class A Misdemeanor) while being taken into custody on the Bench Warrant.  O’Hara was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.  O’Hara was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $2,000.00 cash bail or $5,000.00 property bond or $20,000.00 partially secured bond.  O’Hara is due back in Wellsville Village Court on May 21st at 4:30 pm. 

Wellsville Police arrested Carrie L. Baldwin, age 42 of Wellsville, charging her with Disorderly Conduct (Violation).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on Trapping Brook Road.  Baldwin was issued an appearance ticket and released.  Baldwin is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on June 4th at 4:30 pm.
