Pastured Poultry Workshop & Broiler Farm Tour

 

Please join us Thursday, June 6, 2024, 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM to learn about broiler production opportunities for small farms. Our host site will be Sunny Cove Farm in Alfred Station.


Tentative Agenda:

  • Production Overview & Farm Tour
  • Food Safety/Processing Equipment review
  • Cut-up/Value Added demo and hands-on activity.
  • Cost of production - “The Price is Right” activity.
