Two people sustained traumatic injuries in a single vehicle crash Saturday night at 11:35 p.m. on Old State Road in the Town of Allen. State Police listed the driver as 22-year-old Jack R. Johnston of Penn Yan. He and an unidentified passenger, believed to be a 20-year-old female, both suffered serious injuries. No medical helicopters were able to fly at the time. Both victims were rushed to Olean General Hospital by Fillmore ambulance and Medical Transport Service. The crash investigation is ongoing.
