Belmont man faces charges in Cattaraugus County

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office reports the arrest of Vincent F. Carcone, 5 Wells lane in Belmont. Friday at 12"45 a.m., Deputies stopped Carcone on I-86 in the Town of Coldspring. Deputies allege he failed a roadside sobriety test. He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, having a BAC at or above .08% and failure to use 4-way flashers. He will answer the charged in Coldspring court at a later date.
