Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
January 10, 2020, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested of Chad D.
Griswold, age 37 of Bolivar on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the
Town of Bolivar Court. Griswold was processed and transported to the Town of
Bolivar Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail
without bail. Griswold will reappear in the Town of Bolivar Court on February
5, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. for additional court action.

Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
January 13, 2020, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Brian J. Learn
Sr., Age 37, of Alma on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Learn was
processed and arraigned in the Town of Friendship Court where he was remanded
to the Allegany County Jail without bail pending an appearance in Allegany
County Family Court at a later date.
