Wellsville Police charged Aaron G. Horton Sr., age 28 of
Rochester, NY, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd (an unclassified
Misdemeanor) for driving with a suspended driver’s license, Unlicensed
Operator, Failure to notify DMV of change of address and Operating a motor
vehicle while using a Mobile Phone. The
charges stem from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the village of
Wellsville. Horton was processed and
arraigned before Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh. Horton was committed to the Allegany County
Jail on $500.00 cash bail or $1,000.00 property bond. Horton is due back in Wellsville Village
Court on April 16th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Chiragkumar C. Patel, age 34 of
Wellsville, charging him with Harassment 2nd.
The charge stems from an incident that took place on West Dyke Street on
April 4th. Patel was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Patel was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on May 21st at 4:30 p.m.
