3/8/19 4:05pm- During a traffic stop on I-86 in Angelica, state police arrested Anthony J. Batista, 38, of Springfield, Massachusetts. He was charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of marijuana-4th (possessing more than two ounces). He was directed to appear in town of Angelica court at a later date.
3/9/19 2:40am- During a traffic stop on State Route 19 in Willing, state police arrested Douglas K. Robbins, 48, of Knowville, Pennsylvania. He was charged with felony 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operation; misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and criminal possession of a firearm. He was also charged with speeding. He was detained on cash bail.
