Wellsville Police arrested Jeremy D. Smith, age 37 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Contempt 2nd. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on North Main Street on February 6th.
Smith was transported from the Allegany County Jail, processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Smith was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on March 19th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Alicia D. Cummings, age 45 of
Andover, charging her with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment
2nd. Cummings was processed, issued an
appearance ticket and released. Cummings
is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 26th at 4:30 p.m.
