Wellsville man arrested during traffic stop

During a traffic stop on Route 417 in the town of Wellsville, state police arrested Ridge C. Potter, 29, of Wellsville. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, suspended registration, no insurance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was arrested at 2 a.m. Wednesday. He will answer the charges in town of Wellsville court at a later date.
