Bolivar man gets sent to the slammer over forged checks

A Bolivar man is headed to prison after he pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument. Thirty-six year old Brandon  Gaines admitted to forging checks in Wellsville and Bolivar. He forged checks in the amount of $+/-$3,000, Judge Terry Parker sentenced Gaines to 3-6 yeas in prison. J. Thomas Fuoco prosecuted the case.
