Wellsville Police arrested Gregory A. Ordiway, age 34 of
Genesee, PA, charging him with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation),
Uninspected Motor Vehicle, No Distinctive Plate/One Plate and Holding more than
1 NYS License. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Ordiway was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.
Ordiway was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash
bail. Ordiway is due back in Wellsville
Village Court on December 11th at 4:30 p.m.
