David E. Cameron, 56, of Wellsboro, PA, formerly of Ulysses,
passed away December 22, 2018 in his home after a yearlong battle with brain
cancer. Born October 2, 1962, he was the
son of David Cameron and Arlene and Dean Lampman. He was raised on the farm and graduated from
Northern Potter High School in 1980. Dave worked hard his entire life and
mastered his trade as a welder. For over 20 years, he owned his own business
specializing in natural gas drilling rigs. He enjoyed building smokers, stoves,
and more; if it could be made from steel, Dave could weld it. Dave will be
remembered for being a hardworking outdoorsman. He loved hunting and fishing
and being outside. He especially loved snowmobiles and racing with his children
Bryce and Alyssa. Dave was a man of faith and never thought twice to help
others. Dave is survived by his parents,
Dean and Arlene Lampman; his loving wife
of 20 years, Jean Cameron; four
children, Alyssa, Joshua (Jen), Jeremy (Casey), and Bryce (Katelyn); his two granddaughters, Lucy and Edith, who
he adored; two sisters, Dawn (Tom) and Debbie; two nieces; four nephews;
aunts, uncles, and cousins. He
was predeceased by his father. Friends
