12/8/18 9:50am- State police said one person sustained an injury when two vehicles collided on County Road 15 in the town of Allen. Troopers identified the drivers as Rand W. Rocchio, 61, of Wellsville and Alex J. Bremiller, 47, of Rochester.
12/9/18 1:58am- During a traffic stop on State Route 36 in the town of Hornellsville, state police arrested Nikalus J. Carbone, 23, of Hornell. He was charged with felony counts to include 1st degree criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection and having a BAC above .08%. He was also charged with driving while intoxicated as a misdemeanor. Troopers additionally issued two more traffic tickets and charged him with drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. He was detained in lieu of bail.
12/8/18 11:31am- State police leveled several felony counts against a man after they investigated a crash on Sawdey Road in Catlin. Troopers arrested Zackory S. Curkendall, 32, of Corning. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated-two previous convictions in ten years, both class D felonies. He was also charged with 1st degree aggravated unlicensed operations, a class E felony and leaving the scene of a crash. He'll answer those charges in court at a later date.
