Following a traffic stop on North Shore Road on Sunday July 22nd at approximately 6:40 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Stephen A. Osgood II, 36, of Cuba. Osgood was arrested and charged with driving left of pavement markings (violation), driving while intoxicated (misdemeanor), driving while intoxicated with blood alcohol content over .08%(misdemeanor), aggravated driving while intoxicated (misdemeanor), aggravated driving while intoxicated with child in vehicle (felony, Leandra’s Law), use of a motor vehicle without interlock device (misdemeanor), aggravated unlicensed operation 1st (felony). Osgood was processed and arraigned in town court and released to appear at a later date. Osgood is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
