New York State Police Blotter – Jan. 14, 2025
1/14/25 2:30 p.m.- After investigating a family
offense in the town of Bolivar, state police arrested Rickie A. Moultrup, 47,
of Allentown. He was charged with criminal contempt for allegedly disobeying an
order from the court. He was taken to Central arraignment at the Allegany
County Jail.
