Wellsville Police arrested Jasmine R.V. Nowak, age 21 of
Wellsville, charging her with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled
Substance 7th and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd. The charges stem from an incident that took
place on July 24th on West State Street in the village. She was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Nowak is due to
appear in Wellsville Village Court on October 13th at 4:30 p.m.
