Wellsville Police arrested Kevin J. Tyler, 49, of
Wellsville, charging him with Forcible Touching. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Park Avenue in the Village of Wellsville. Tyler was processed and arraigned before
Associate Wellsville Village Justice Walsh, with representation from the
Allegany County Public Defender’s Office.
Tyler was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail or
$1,000.00 property bond. Tyler is due
back in Wellsville Village Court on September 15th at 4:30 p.m.
