After investigating a complaint in the town of Scio, State Police arrested 45-year-old Nicole D. Price. Troopers charged her with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage. Price was issued an appearance ticket for court. Meanwhile, a name-protected 18-year-old male from Belfast was also arrested and charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage. That incident occurred in the town of Belfast. Court action is pending. And in the town of Hume, Troopers arrested 62-year-old Elizabeth L. Fraser of Fillmore. She was also charged with prohibited sale of alcohol.

A Fillmore man faces felony and other counts after police were called to the town of Allen for a domestic dispute. State Police charged 40-year-old Richard L. Delude with felony first-degree reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was released on his own recognizance.
