Wellsville Police arrested Jarrette R. LaFlash, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging him with Disorderly Conduct. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on North Main Street in the Village.
LaFlash was issued an appearance ticket and released. LaFlash is due to appear in Wellsville
Village Court on July 14th at 4:30 p.m.
