Wellsville: Village Board hires new Treasurer

Wellsville Mayor Randy Shayler this morning announced the village has hired a new Treasurer. Melisa Mullen of Canisteo will replace Earl Johnson, who recently moved to Rochester. "It's a very good thing for the village," Shayler said. Mullen is a commercial loan officer with an area bank and Shayler said she has vast experience in municipal loans and municipal accounting. Mullen will begin her new duties in two weeks.
