State Police from the Amity barracks have filed new felony counts against a Wellsville man who already has three felony sex charges pending from an arrest last November. Troopers on Wednesday arrested Jeremy
D. Peet, age 32, for an incident that occurred in the Town of Willing and was
reported March 18th. Peet was released on his own recognizance.
Peet is already awaiting trial after he was charged November 29, 2019 for several serious sex crimes involving a child (or children) under the age of 13.
He was indicted by an Allegany County Grand Jury and a staffer with the District Attorney's Office said additional county court action is expected next month.
