6/22/19 5:06am- During a traffic stop on County Road 11 in the Town of Almond, state police arrested James G. Hardy, 27, of Scio. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a blood alcohol content of .08% or more, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and moving from a lane unsafely. he was processed at the Amity barracks and released on tickets for court.
