As part of Bolivar's Pioneer Oil Days, more than 50 antique tractors took part in Sunday's tractor pull sponsored by the Genesee Valley Antique Tractor Club. Above Pearl Walker on a Massey Harris, pulls 183.20 feet.

The annual Bolivar Pioneer Oil Days festival sponsored by the Lions Club got off to a loud start Sunday morning with the 5th Annual Genesee Valley Antique Tractor Pull. Events take place evenings throughout the week with a Community Picnic Tuesday, Spaghetti dinner on Wednesday and a scavenger hunt and free movie Thursday. Friday marks the induction ceremony at the Oil Man's Wall of Fame at the Hann and Shafner building followed by a ticket only Wine and Cheese Tasting. The big parade starts at 10 a.m. Saturday followed by a car show.
