The charges were filed
after an attempt to stop two UTV's on West Greenwood Street in the Village for

operated by Joseph Greenan being stopped at the intersection of County Road’s

operate on the wrong side of the roadway.
Joseph was transported to the Wellsville Police Department where a
breathalyzer test was administered in which he allegedly registered a blood
alcohol content of .11%. Greenan was
issued tickets to appear in Town of Andover Court on April 15, 2019 at 5 p.m.
