Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
January 30, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Lea M. Falcone,
age 34 of Freedom, on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Falcone was processed and transported to the
Town of Friendship Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany
County Jail with bail set at $2500 cash or $5,000 bond. Falcone is due to
reappear in Allegany County Family Court at a later date for additional court
action.
Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
January 30, 2019, Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Thomas M.
Porchia, age 37 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by
the Town of Belfast Court. Porchia was
processed and transported to the Town of Belfast Court where he was arraigned
and remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Porchia is due to
reappear in the Town of Belfast Court on March 12, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for
additional court action.
Allegany County Sheriff Ricky L. Whitney reports that on
January 28, 2019, with the assistance of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office,
Deputies arrested Tony C. Engert, age 30 of Rochester, on a Violation of
Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Friendship Court. Engert was processed and transported to the
Town of Friendship Court where he was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany
County Jail with bail set at $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. Engert is due to
reappear in the Town of Friendship Court on March 5, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. for
additional court action.
