Details of the
Incident: Following a search warrant in the village of Cuba in which
Jose J. Maisonet Jr .of Brooklyn, New York allegedly manufactured and possessed
methamphetamine and methamphetamine manufacturing materials, Maisonet Jr. was
arrested and charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine 3rd degree
and criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing materials. Maisonet
Jr. was arrested, processed and sent to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $5,000.00
bail. Maisonet Jr. is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Cuba Police were assisted by the New York State Police, Southern Tier Regional
Drug Task Force and the New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene
Emergency Response Team.
