Troopers: Scio man jailed after violent assault

State police made an arrest after they were called to a domestic dispute in Scio. Troopers report the arrest of Stanley P. Raymond of Scio. He was charged with one count of assault with intent to cause serious physical injury, a D-level felony. Raymond was arraigned and remanded to the Allegany County Jail, where he remains this morning on $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court on September 25th at 5 p.m.
