Hornell man gets prison time for Wellsville crime

Logan T. Ost, 26 of Maple Street in Hornell was ordered to prison Wednesday. In Allegany County court, a judge sentenced Ost to three years in state prison followed by two years post release supervision. Prosecutors said on September 15, 2015, Ost broke into a home on Hanchett Road in Wellsville and stolen an antique piggy bank and $250. In March, Ost pleaded guilty to attempted burglary.
