Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested Brian J. Lipyance, age 30 of Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on Stevens Street on December 15th.  Lipyance was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Lipyance is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 14th at 4:30 p.m.
