Wellsville Police arrested Taylor J. Cook, age 37 of Wellsville, charging him with 2 counts of Issuing a Bad Check (Class A Misdemeanor). The charges stem from incidents that took place in December of 2023 and July of 2024. Cook was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice Thompson. Cook was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 18th at 4:30 pm.
Wellsville Police,
acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court, arrested
Michelle K. Fauth, age 46 of Wellsville, for failure to appear in Court on
December 17th on a previous Trespass charge. Fauth was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Justice Thompson.
Fauth was released after pleading guilty to Pettit Larceny in another
case.
