Town of Willing woman accused of possessing, selling morphine

PRESS RELEASE: 

The New York State Police Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested 36 year old Kristi L. Sheridan of Willing, New York, for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree (Class B Felony), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree with intent to sell (Class B Felony) along with Endangering the Welfare of a child (Class A Misdemeanor).  Sheridan is accused of possessing and selling Morphine earlier this year to members of the narcotics enforcement team.  Sheridan was processed then arraigned in front of Allegany County Judge Thomas Brown and released on her own recognizance.  Sheridan is set to reappear in Allegany County Court at a later date.

Due to recent New York State bail reforms, the above listed crimes are no longer bailable offenses.
