Flames consume Cattaraugus County home in Allegany - Bolivar, Cuba help

Flames consumed a home this morning at 1740 Upper Birch Run Road in the Cattaraugus County Town of Allegany. Volunteers firefighters were alerted around 5:30 a.m. Allegany firefighters responded, then crews from Portville, Town of Olean, Hinsdale, Knapp Creek, Limestone and elsewhere. Bolivar and Cuba fire department's were also requested to lend support to the Allegany Department. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
