5/17/20 1:25pm- A Clarksville man faces multiple counts after a brief chase on I-86. State Police arrested 43-year-old Russell S. Brant. He was charged with fleeing police in a motor vehicle, reckless driving and driving while intoxicated. He’ll appear in town of Friendship court at a later date.
