10/1/19 5pm- A child endangerment complaint in Bolivar has led to a new arrest. State police took 65-year-old Raymond Washburn of Hinsdale into custody. He was charged with three counts of rape where the victim was under the age of 17 as well as three counts if endangering the welfare of a child. He was sent to the Allegany County Jail. 39-year-old Jessica Schweigart of Bolivar was previously charged in the case with child endangerment.
10/1/19 12:51pm- State Police arrested Wayne R. Buchholz, 43, of Belfast. He was charged with second-degree harassment.
10/1/19 11:34pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in the Town of Genesee, State Police arrested Steven D. Langworthy, 64, of Eldred, PA. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, having a BAC above .08% and failure to keep right.
