ALFRED STATION -Steven C. Allen, age 66, of the Hartsville Hill Road passed away on Tuesday, September 17, at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester. Friends are invited to call on Tuesday, September 24, from 4 until 6 p.m. at the J.W. Embser Sons Funeral Home in Wellsville. The funeral service will be held at the conclusion of the calling hours.
