Incident: On Wednesday September 5th at approximately 9:15p.m. in the
Village of Cuba following a traffic stop of a semi-truck and trailer on Genesee
Street, Cuba Police arrested James Kincaid of Ohio. Kincaid was arrested and
charged with the above listed charges. Kincaid was processed and released.
Kincaid is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. These
charges stem from an incident where Kincaid allegedly drove his semi-truck and
trailer under the influence of alcohol. Cuba Police were assisted by the New
York State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit.
